A little about me...
I’ve spent over 15 years helping teens thrive—in and out of the classroom. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a high school teacher and guidance counselor, academic consultant, and higher education learning specialist. I truly understand the pressures teens face every day.
My background blends education and mental health, which means I don’t just help with emotional wellness—I help teens learn practical study strategies, build resilience, and feel more confident at school and in life.
